Project Overview:

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits engaged Randstad Enterprise as their Managed Service Provider (MSP) to oversee and optimize their contingent workforce program. Randstad Enterprise, in turn, selected AITA Consulting Services as a trusted sub-contractor to support staffing augmentation and temporary labor services capacity across three key workforce categories: Information Technology, Professional Services, and Non-IT roles.

AITA’s engagement operates within Randstad’s broader MSP framework, ensuring seamless alignment with Southern Glazer’s workforce planning, compliance requirements, and talent acquisition goals.
