At Aita Consulting Services Inc., we highly value employee referrals for our open positions. Our Employee Referral Program rewards current employees who bring new talent to the organization by referring candidates who are subsequently selected and successfully employed in hard-to-fill positions.

All active employees of Aita Consulting Services Inc. are eligible to participate in the program. Once we receive the referred candidate's profile, our recruiters will conduct a telephonic interview and check references. If the candidate meets our requirements and your referral begins an assignment, you become eligible for a referral bonus. In case multiple employees refer to the same candidate, the first person to refer (based on the date and time of receiving the resume) will be eligible for the bonus. The bonus amount is determined by the duration of your referral's assignment, and the employee must remain on active payroll for subsequent bonus payment.
