President
Padmalatha is the founder and president of AITACS. She works toward strengthening and achieving the vision and mission of the company and leads all the day-to-day business operations, striving to make AITACS a prominent IT company and a great place to work. She is process driven and believes that companies are built not just by people but by processes. With more than a decade of experience in the administrative capacity, she is the main pillar of the company, which stands to grow in years to come.
Nageshwar Aita

Nagesh is responsible for the complete technology stack and solutions offering at AITACS. He has more than two decades of experience in providing complex IT solutions to several Fortune 100 companies spanning different industry verticals. His expertise in IT solutions that are ranging from Data and Information management to Infrastructure managed services is the backbone of the company from a technology standpoint. Nagesh is also a good people manager with great leadership skills. His ability to bring together a team to accomplish a task or a mission is what makes our projects successful and our clients satisfied.
Nick Shah
VP Operations
Nick is a results-oriented, performance-driven producer with extensive professional experience and a successful track record of recruiting efficiency and overall productivity in high-volume, fast-paced environments. He has proven leadership qualities, where he can direct, motivate, and supervise personnel to achieve maximum productivity. He has a track record of increasing employee morale and retention through effective coaching and open communication with all levels of personnel. He can develop teams and establish a team-oriented, inclusive environment.
Chris Kein
Director (Information Systems and Technology)
Chris is committed to creating a sustainable future for our AITA’s Group of Companies by staying on the cutting-edge of emerging tech and new methodologies. Chris oversees the business development, delivery and new product development/deployment activities through international quality measures and has an in-depth knowledge of organizational behavior, people, and processes, building relationships in the industry, identifying opportunities, and completing business deals. Chris has over 20 years of experience, with a diverse background spanning technical, operational, commercial, general management, service delivery, project management and, business development disciplines underscores expertise in engaging decision makers and devising winning sales strategies and solutions.
He combines strategic thinking and sharp executions coupled with relentless ambition and energy, which will enable the business to reach targets, goals, and attain objectives. He was also involved in contributing to inception and growth of various mid-range companies in the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and in India.
