HRSS (Human Resources Self Service)

AITACS implemented an use case using UiPath for one of its Pharma Clients. The use case contains multiple RPA bots that perform the interview scheduling process instead of recruiters doing it manually. The bot reads the interview request from an email inbox submitted by a recruiter using a SharePoint form. The request email contains details like name of the candidate, contact details and job details, description and interviewer details. UiPath Bot is responsible to interact with outlook and extract calendar slot information and send those slots to candidates requesting a Yes/No response. Based on the candidate’s response Bot will further send an invite to the interviewer and schedule the interviews accordingly.
