To assist our employees with their career development, ACS provides financial assistance for job-related education and training.
Paid Standard and Floating Holidays
ACS provides paid annual vacation time based upon length of service. Employees begin accruing vacation after the first year of
employment. For the first 5 years of employment with AitaCS, straight-salary employees are eligible for up to 80 hours of paid vacation per anniversary year. After five years of service, paid vacation eligibility increases to 120 hours per anniversary year. After ten years of service, paid vacation eligibility increases to 160 hours per anniversary year.

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (1 day), and Christmas Day (1 day). Employees are eligible for holidays after the first year of employment.
